Regarding the issue of incoming calls on the landline phone at our head office, which was reported today (May 30th), this has now been resolved and you can use the phone as normal.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience and concern caused by this matter.
[Cause of the problem]
It was determined that the cause of the problem was a poor connection due to deterioration of the telephone line cable connected to an external utility pole.
Furthermore, if the line cables are subjected to stress due to weather such as typhoons or rain in the future, there is a possibility that similar incoming and outgoing call disruptions may occur.
In the unlikely event that the problem reoccurs, we will promptly inform you via our website, social media, etc.
