These highly sugary chestnuts are grown with great care in Sakawa Town, Kochi Prefecture.
It has even been trademarked and is called "Yume Amaguri."
The chestnuts were roasted by hand,

The cloudy, gentle brown color is reminiscent of baked Mont Blanc. The bittersweet taste of pure cocoa rounds out the flavor.
