[Seasonal Limited Product Revival] Red Shiso Sour Ale is back!

Red shiso sour ale is the perfect product for hot weather.
It uses plenty of red shiso from Motoyama Town, Kochi Prefecture, and is fermented with yogurt using lactic acid bacteria.
This beer has a refreshing, clean taste with no bitterness.

Inspired by the clear stream "Asemigawa" that flows through Motoyama Town, Kochi Prefecture, we aimed to create a clear beer.

About 20 households in the Asemigawa River Basin (Asemigawa Community Activity Center) and the Namekawa Community Activity Center in the Kaminoseki and Shimonoseki areas in the northern part of Motoyama Town are cultivating red shiso. They cultivate shiso that is red on only one side, called "half-sided red shiso ," and use it in products.

Since it's a sour beer, it's a beer that people either love or hate.
However, once you get hooked, you'll be hooked for good.
That's Red Shiso Sour Ale!
