Thoughts on the development of Panbiru
We added the name of the bread "Campagne" to our company name, inspired by a scene from a movie we love.
The word "campagne" comes from the idea that it means "people sharing bread." Just as friends and family share bread, we want to toast with the same beer and share our joy.
TOSACO, which has a strong connection with bread, is now collaborating with a bakery in Kochi as part of an initiative to upcycle bread.
We used as much bread as possible to bring out its fragrant and sweet flavor, while also creating a drink that has the bitter and hoppy taste of beer.
